pesach sheni if the positive commandment overrides the negative commandment (which makes sense to me), then why the pesach sheni?

Kaplan like others had said it, it's simply the best yet. this teachings very detail, Rabbi Kaplan, in regards of mixture food, since there's GMO food today all over the super market and the producer doesn't label these food, do I break the Mitzvah when I eat it?
